Jel-Pack i 3 ila 5 dakika arası sıcak su altında bekletin.
Kesinlikle kaynatmayın veya mikrodalga fırında ısıtmayın.
İncinmiş bölgeye gevşekçe bağlayarak uygulayın.

Jel-Pack i mikrodalga fırına koymak patlamaya yol açabilir.
